Flat rate. Includes all activities, equipment, recoil guns, and the Lounge. Arrive 15 minutes early for setup (decorations, food).

- 14 to 30 days - 50% refund

Cleaning & damage policy: standard tidying is included with every reservation. An additional cleaning fee of up to $75 may be charged if the room requires extensive cleanup beyond normal use (e.g. food on the floor, spilled drinks left unaddressed, glitter, confetti). Damaged or broken equipment will be billed at replacement cost. We'll always reach out before charging anything extra.

This waiver must be completed and signed by each adult participant. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign on behalf of any minor participant.
Acknowledgment of Activities & Risks
Activities at Shotz Interactive may include, but are not limited to: Laser Shooting Range (non-lethal CO₂ recoil pistols), Virtual Reality (headsets and treadmills), and Multi-Sport Simulators (including golf, baseball, soccer, cornhole, and similar activities).
I understand that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, dizziness, disorientation, equipment malfunction, and other foreseeable or unforeseeable hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether caused by my actions, the actions of others, or the condition or use of equipment.
Participation Requirements & Safety Rules
I acknowledge and agree that participation in certain activities at Shotz Interactive is subject to specific safety requirements. In particular:
- Closed-toed shoes are required for participation in Virtual Reality activities.
- Heels, cleats, spiked shoes, or footwear that may damage the surface are not permitted on the Multi-Sport Simulator or hitting surface ("green").
- Participants who do not meet footwear, attire, height, weight, or safety requirements may be restricted from participating in some or all activities.
- No refunds or credits will be issued if I am unable or unwilling to comply with required safety rules or staff instructions.
I agree to follow all posted rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions at all times.
Food and Drink Policy
- Activity rooms (Laser Shooting Range, Virtual Reality Treadmills, Multi-Sport Simulators): no food or drink permitted inside, period. This protects our equipment and prevents slip hazards.
- Shotz Lounge food/drink stays in the Shotz Lounge. Please finish before heading to an activity.
- Outside food/drink: water bottles are fine. Outside party food (pizza, chips, large drink bottles, etc.) is not permitted for regular bookings.
- Party room exception: if you have rented the Shotz Lounge or booked a Total Takeover, you are welcome to bring in food and drinks for your group.
Health Confirmation
I confirm I (and listed participants) am in good health and capable of safely participating. I will notify staff immediately if I experience discomfort, dizziness, or any equipment issue.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release, waive, and hold harmless Shotz Interactive, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or property loss, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Responsibility for Damage
I agree to be financially responsible for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property caused by my actions, whether intentional or accidental. I acknowledge that failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions may result in removal from the premises without refund.
